Yael is an Australian actor, best known for her role as an actress in Lorna, Morello and Peretta from Orange Is the New Black. Also, she played Dora Lumley at Picnic at Hanging Rock. She has also appeared on numerous TV and film projects, including Spirited High Maintenance Deep Water Penn Zero Part-Time Hero The Wilde Wedding. Her work is also renowned as a vocal advocate for women's issues as well as her support for abortion rights and climate protection. Balmain Public School was her primary school. In Australia she attended Newtown High School of the Performing Arts as well as the National Institute of Dramatic Art.
